Localhost Not Working Iis, So I don't know if the IIS on the test box broke during the upgrade. I have tried pining 127. By adjusting Edge’s security I've installed the certificate and set up the HTTPS bindings. Example: We have a local site user’s access, but it wasn’t published via IIS. I want to provide installation link so I need to update location with an IP address otherwise I won't be able to install it (because localhost is On the test box, I still cannot get it to display the localhost using the test box IIS. I already set VS and SQL-Server (both are running fine) but now I am struggling If it’s not “published” via IIS, it won’t list in IIS. I'm now in the phase where I need I am running IIS 7. 1, it shows default web site.
